36 students from Years 4, 5, and 6 proudly represented Woodend at the Southern Valley Track & Field competition held at Reynella East College today.

With perfect weather conditions, our students delivered an outstanding performance across all seven events running, jumping, and throwing with enthusiasm and determination. For many, it was their first time representing Woodend, and they rose to the occasion brilliantly.

A number of students achieved top-three finishes, earning Bronze, Silver, and Gold medals. As a team, Woodend performed exceptionally well in the large schools division, securing an impressive 2nd place overall.

A big thank you to our dedicated staff for their support and care throughout the day, and congratulations to all students involved for making it such a successful and memorable event.
