National Volunteers Week Monday, 20 May – Friday 24 May

LaLaLatte will be set up in the driveway by the canteen from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.

National Volunteer Week is Australia’s largest annual celebration of volunteers. Volunteers contribute to the education sector in many ways, from reading in class to helping on excursions. Our volunteers contribute thousands of hours to our schools, preschools and children’s centres.

In 2024, National Volunteer Week will be held from Monday 20 to Sunday 26 May. This special event provides an opportunity to highlight the important role of volunteers in our schools, preschools and children’s centres, and invites people not currently volunteering to give it a go.

The theme for National Volunteer Week 2024 is ‘Something for Everyone.’ National Volunteer Week 2024 will recognise the diverse passions and talents everyone brings to the act of volunteering.
