🏆 WOODEND GIRLS AFL 🏆

Congratulations to Woodend girls Nova, Daisy and Ava, who were selected to represent Southern Valley at the Girls State AFL Carnival.

The girls took on a busy carnival schedule, playing 9 games over 3 days and giving it their all throughout the competition.

The Southern Valley team had a fantastic carnival, finishing with an impressive 8 wins and 1 draw. This resulted in a tie with the Riverland District, with Southern Valley taking home the Division 2 Gold medals 🥇🏆

It was fantastic to see Nova, Daisy and Ava representing Woodend with pride, showing great effort and contributing to such a successful carnival.

Congratulations, girls you’ve done yourselves, your team and Woodend proud.
