Parent Network is a committee of parents & carers – our aim is to connect with and support other parents, the students, and our school.
Parent Network volunteers run a number of events, activities, and initiatives here at Woodend:
– School Banking Program
– Mother’s & Father’s Day Gift Stalls
– Market Days
– Movie Night
– Possible Quiz Night
– Possible guest speakers/info sessions
– Possible fundraising for oval playground
(for instance the past two years we did the Colour Run)
– the WPS Parent’s Group
– the WPS Buy Sell group
…and you may have fresh ideas for our Parent Network too!
All parents & carers are welcome to join! To keep it simple and accessible to all, we don’t have many meetings – we try to get as much done online/in closed facebook groups as possible!
