It’s very exciting to be talking about our next interactions with our close friends at Myojo Gakuen in Tokyo.  Next  we will not only host them for the 10th time but we will  take our third group of Woodend students to  Myojo.   

Myojo at Woodend: Host Families needed

Next year from Tuesday, 29 March to Thursday, 6 April we will hosting approximately 22 Myojo students for their study tour.  These students are usually between 10 and 12 years old. We have a number of host families who have already said they would host again; thank you so much. This is a very rewarding experience as many of our families would testify. If you and your family are interested in hosting a child please see Kerri in the school office, Ali Sensei, or Vinall Sensei and let us know.  We can then help arrange this or answer any questions that you may have about the study tour.

Information has already gone home to families of Yr 5 and 6 students about our trip to Myojo in September 2016. This is an amazing experience  and the lucky students who go on this adventure will reminisce about it for the rest of their lives. Check out the  2012 and 2014 study tours to Myojo here.
