We’re excited to kick off the term with a celebration of problem-solving, design thinking and the many ways we grow our knowledge, capabilities and learning dispositions through STEM.

We can’t wait to see what our families have been creating for the STEM Fest Expo this Thursday! Family Design Challenge projects can be brought to classrooms throughout the week, ready to be displayed at the Expo alongside class projects. Students can collect a raffle ticket when they drop their project off at the gym on Thursday, with the chance to win a Sphero Mini!

A big thank you to the family members who have already volunteered to share their STEM-related careers with classes throughout the week. These real-world connections are a fantastic way to inspire our students and show them the many possibilities STEM has to offer. There’s still time to get involved! If you’d like to share your career or expertise with your child’s class, please contact their teacher for more information.
