Instrumental Music Lessons in 2023 – Private Providers

by | Jan 27, 2023

We are now taking enquiries about instrumental music lessons for student in years 3-6 in 2023. These lessons are offered by private providers. They have a weekly cost and occur during school times. After the initial registration of interest, all payments and ongoing communication about lessons takes place between parents/caregivers and the provider.

In some instances and after consultation between parents and teachers, some providers may offer lessons to younger students outside of class times, eg before school and at recess and lunch time.

Please read the information below about each of the programs.  You can choose to register your child’s interest using this Form or contact providers directly.

Lessons range in price from approximately $30 to $40 per 30 minute lesson.

If you are interested in your child learning Trumpet, Trombone or Tuba, Flute, Clarinet or Saxophone through the Department for Education Instrumental Music Service, please refer to the general information in this post and contact Sue Asser for more information about 2023 opportunities. The Instrumental Music Service Offers FREE Music Lessons for Students in Years 5 and 6!
