This year, we will be holding a School Colour-Run as our major fundraising event! Organised by our SRC and Parent Network, this event is designed to raise much needed money towards a new playground near the office.
About the Program: The School Fun Run promotes healthy and active lifestyles while helping us raise funds! It’s all about participation, with students treated to a great day as a reward for their fundraising eorts. Family support is key to our fundraising success and we encourage everyone to get involved. All students are able to participate in this event.
Parent Involvement: Not only can you support the school and students with your sponsorship – but you can join in on the fun! We would love to welcome parents and family members to attend the Colour Run event in term 4 and watch your children.

FUNDRAISING
School Fun Run brochures will be sent home with children on Wednesday 16th October (Launch Day)– these have instructions on how to raise money and order prizes.
We are asking ALL STUDENTS TO REGISTER ONLINE for Colour Run Fundraising.
Register online at www.schoolfunrun.com.au from October 16th 2024. Registering online is how you will receive your prize!
ONLINE FUNDRAISING:
The easiest way to help your child raise money is through online fundraising. On top of raising more money, it’s also safer and easier than door knocking and you don’t have to worry about handling money! To start fundraising online, go to your student profile page at www.schoolfunrun.com.au and share your online fundraising link with everyone!
Note: When you register online you do not have to share your link or fundraise online if you do not wish to do so. Your details (Student Name & Class) are for admin use only.
There is no cash this year, all fundraising is online.
PRIZE ORDERS:
You will receive an email instructing you to order your prize.
Prizes must be ordered by Friday November 22nd and will be delivered to students shortly after the Colour Run event day.

- Choose the prize you want!
Most students choose just one prize, however you can select as many prizes as you’d like! You just have to choose the higher prize first… but don’t worry it’s all worked out for you when you order your prizes online.
2024 FUNDRAISING GOAL:
Our ultimate goal is to raise $15000 online total. This allows us to help provide our students with a new playground area. To inspire all students to participate in the Colour Run Fundraiser we have some added incentives this year…
Fundraising Incentives:
1. Whole School:
- If we raise $10,000 = all students receive an ice block on colour run day
- For every $500 raised after that = a staff member will be slimed on colour run day
- Everyone who raises $50 by end of second week goes in draw for chance to win 1 of 10 canteen vouchers valued at $5 each.
2. Top 3 Classes:
During this fundraising period we want all students to encourage each other, cheer each other on with kindness and respect, and participate in order to support the school. The top 3 classes will be named our Crazy Colour VIPs and will get some added bonuses and fun on colour run day (more info on our VIP experience to come soon.) The teachers of the top 3 classes will also receive a special prize!
The top 3 classes will be determined as follows:
- The class with the most funds raised in total
- The class with the highest student participation
- The class with the best team spirit – students who are encouraging, kind, enthusiastic supporters of the fundraiser
3. Sliming Teachers
We think the whole school will be excited for the prospect of sliming teachers at the end of the colour run day…
We will be choosing students to help slime teachers based on the following:
- most funds raised
- highest numbers of donations received
- best helpers and encouragers
- random draw – all students who fundraise will go into a draw to help with sliming!
