Nina Marni: Our first student led Acknowledgment of Country was initiated and conducted by Danica.  Chloe recited the Acknowledgement with Danica. We will use this Acknowledgement   of Country  at all formal assemblies and gatherings from now on.

We acknowledged Jeannette, library SSO over the course of 16  years at our school.  We will be making more of a fuss of Jeannette  on Friday 15 April . We will have more to say about Jeannette in a speculate blog post.

Monina Gilbey has been our Garden Specialist for the past 6.5 years. Monica has been at our school as parent, volunteer, Grounds committee member  over the past 9 years.  She was the designer of our  vegetable garden.  That design was part of a convincing submission we put in to become one of the first Stephanie Alexander  Kitchen Garden schools in the state.  We have enjoyed working with Monina and appreciate the effort she has  put into the development of our  garden and  the Kitchen garden program , with Amanda.  We wish her all the best in her next business pursuits.
