Dear Families,

We are excited to announce that this Saturday, 21 March 2026, we will be holding an Election Day BBQ here at school whilst families come to vote in our school gym.

To make this event a success, we are asking for your help! Whether you can spare an hour or a couple of hours, any amount of support would be greatly appreciated. There are a range of ways to get involved, including:

• Helping to set up or pack down
• Cooking on the BBQ
• Serving food and drinks
• Assisting with cash handling

If you can offer an hour or more, please let us know your availability. You can do this by:

• contacting the front office
• writing your details on the form that comes home with your child on Tuesday 17/3

Proceeds from this fundraiser will support school sport at Woodend.
