On Tuesday, 11 of our amazing students from Years 3, 5, and 6 represented our school at the 2024 DigiDo Student Led Technology Conference at Scotch College! This fantastic event brought together students from a variety of public and private schools to learn about and share their passion for technology.

Our students did an incredible job showcasing their tech skills and knowledge. They led engaging workshops on how to use Sphero Indis, Maqueen robots and create stop motion animation. Their enthusiasm and expertise were infectious, and the students were captivated by their presentations.

Two of our Year 6 students also took part in panel discussions, sharing their insights on important topics like “How do you think our digital footprint can impact us in the future?” and “Why is digital citizenship important?” Their thoughtful responses impressed the audience and highlighted the importance of responsible digital behaviour.

We are incredibly proud of all our students who participated in the DigiDo Conference. They represented our school with great pride and demonstrated a deep understanding of technology and its potential. Their hard work and dedication were a true inspiration to their peers and teachers alike.

Thank you to all the parents and teachers who supported our students in this fantastic opportunity. We’re already looking forward to seeing what our young tech experts will achieve next year!
