Please join us on Friday the 25th of August, 2023 as we celebrate Book Week.
Students, families and staff are invited to dress up. Be inspired by the theme or dress as character from a story or book. This year the theme is READ, GROW, INSPIRE!
Visitors can choose to purchase a hot drink from 8:30am and browse the book sale, kindly organised by Parent Network. Coffee and book sales are available via cash or card on the day.
The parade will begin at 9am and will be recorded for those that are unable to attend. If this event can not go ahead due to weather, students will have the opportunity to parade for each other during the day. This will be communicated via Seesaw prior to the day.
At the conclusion of the parade there will be a short assembly on the oval. After this time, families are invited to take part in a book week activity with their child in the classroom up until recess at 10:40am.
- 8.30am: Coffee cart & book sale
- 9am: Book week parade
- 9.40-10.40am: Book week activities in each classroom
- 10:40am: Recess
