Join us next Tuesday for Acquaintance Night — a relaxed community evening and a great chance to meet your child’s teachers, learn more about our programs, and visit classrooms and specialist learning areas.

Acquaintance Night is the perfect opportunity to mingle, make connections, and get to know our school a little better.

A free sausage sizzle will be available on the evening, with drinks available to purchase.

Classroom Open Times

Each year level classroom will be open for 30 minutes.

• Reception, Year 1, Year 2 and Year 2/3
  5.30 to 6.00pm

• Year 3, Year 3/4 and Year 4/5
  6.00 to 6.30pm

• Year 5/6 and Year 6
  6.30 to 7.00pm

• Technologies, Performing Arts and Japanese
  5.30 to 6.30pm

• Library and Gym
  5.30 to 7.00pm

Representatives from Parent Network, school sport and some of our other extracurricular programs will be located out the front of the office and will be happy to answer any questions.

Classroom information will be available in both hard copy and digital formats on the night.

Acquaintance Night is designed for informal conversations with teachers and opportunities to connect with other families. Please note that this event is not intended for discussing individual student needs. If you would like to discuss specific matters, we encourage you to make an appointment with your child’s teacher.

The Woodend Children’s Centre and Basketball Court gates will close at 7.15pm, with the main gate remaining open until 7.30pm.
