We warmly invite you to join us on Monday 8 December as we come together to celebrate the 2025 school year.

Families are welcome to bring chairs or picnic rugs to sit on during the concert, along with a picnic dinner if you wish, to complement what will be available from the Canteen.

Students will remain in the care of their families throughout the evening and will be called when it is their turn to perform. During each item, parents, grandparents and caregivers are welcome to move to the front of the stage, a designated chair-free area, to watch their child’s performance. We respectfully ask that this space is used only by those connected to the performance currently on stage.

At approximately 9:00pm, once it is dark enough for the fireworks to begin, instructions will be given for everyone to move to the safe viewing area located near the school-building end of the oval. Once everyone is in position and the pyrotechnicians confirm it is safe, the fireworks display will commence.

The Bathbank Crescent gate will be open from 5:30–6:30pm, and then again for 30 minutes at the conclusion of the fireworks.

Please note that this is a smoking, vaping and alcohol-free event.

At the sports shed on the oval, there will be food, beverage and novelties available for purchase.
