- OSHC will be open from 9 January for Vacation Care.
- School office will be open from 9:00 am on Tuesday 17 January.
- Uniform Shop will be open from 9:00 am -10:00 am on Monday 23 January and Tuesday 24 January.
- Teachers will be officially back on duty on 24 and 25 January. The school will be closed on 26 January and 27 January.
- First Day of school is Monday 30 January.
- Reception classes will be dismissed at 12:30 pm on each day of the first week of term. Reception class teachers will meet with all reception parents during those afternoons for Building Connections conversations.
- Governing Council has approved a Student Free Day for Tuesday 14 March (Adelaide Cup Monday 13 March). All sites in the Marion Coast Partnership (includes Woodend Children’s Centre, Trott Park Kindy, Hallett Cove R-12, Seaview High) will also be closed on that day. This is the first of the 4 days the school will be closed for non public holidays.
- “Cheers and Tears” coffee and snack in the Woodend Cafe (the Kitchen and the Pizza Oven area) from 8:45 am – 10:00 am. All parents welcome and particularly new reception parents.
- First Volunteer Inductions sessions for 2017 are in the staffroom: Tuesday 31 January 9:15 am -10:30 am; Wednesday 1 Feb 2017, 9:15 -10:30 am; Tuesday 7 February 6:00 pm – 7:15 pm.
