We are thrilled to announce that the school disco is back again this year! As part of a fundraising initiative for the Woodend Performance Team, we’re getting ready for an evening of music, lights, laughter and plenty of dancing! 🎶✨
Join your friends for a fun-filled night in the school gym while helping support our talented Performance Team.
🪩 Disco Details
• 📅 When: Thursday 24 September (Week 10)
• 📍 Where: School Gym
• 💲 Cost: $7 per ticket — payments via Qkr!
• ⏰ Reception–Year 2: 4:30–5:30pm
• ⏰ Year 3–6: 6:00–7:00pm
🎁 Every ticket goes into the draw to win a cool door prize!
Whether you’re ready to show off your best dance moves, sing along to your favourite songs or simply enjoy some time with friends, the disco is sure to be a fantastic night!
🎟️ Get Your Tickets!
Tickets can be purchased via Qkr! until 11:30pm Sunday 20th September. No tickets can be purchased after this time — no exceptions. This is to ensure we have enough supervision and duty of care is provided and to staff have time to print
Tickets will be delivered to classes by the end of the day on Wednesday 23 September.

⚠️ Important Information
• A parent/caregiver must physically drop off and pick up their child.
• The gym will be dark, with flashing lights and loud music, so please consider whether this environment is suitable for your child.
• A support room will be available for students who need a quieter space for a short time.
• Tickets must be presented at the door for entry to the disco.
🙋 Parent Volunteers Needed!
We require some additional parent helpers to make the disco a success.
