Congratulations to the twelve Woodend students who represented Southern Valley at the state athletics competition on Tuesday.
All twelve students put in in their best effort in their events and were competing against the best athletes in the state.
A special mention and big congratulations goes to Zali T.
Zali won a bronze medal last year in the 10 year old girls 800 m race.
She came out yesterday and was able to win herself a second bronze medal in the 11 year old girls 800 m race.
Congratulations to Zali, what an amazing achievement!
